The Shareholders during 15th Annual General Meeting held on 19th Mar 09, were apprised that investment of Rs. 1.5 Billion in Foundation Power Company(Daharki) Limited(FPCDL) was approved during AGM, dated 27th Feb 07. Thereafter, revised financial structure for this company was agreed among Fauji Foundation, Asian Development Bank and the lenders. As a result, offshore company has been established to hold 100% of the equity of Foundation Power Company. As such, FFBL is no more required to invest in this company.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah, after the successful completion of Pakistan Maroc Phosphore (PMP) plant construction, which is a landmark of friendship between brotherly countries Pakistan and Morocco , His Majesty Mohamed VI, king of Morocco has graciously consented to inaugurate the joint venture between Fauji Group and OCP. The inauguration Ceremony took place on 30th Oct 2008 at PMP Plantsite, Jorf Lasfar , Morocco.
