Lt Gen Syed Arif Hasan, HI(M), (Retd) had a distinguished career of service in Pakistan Army, spanning over a period of 37 years. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta, National Defence College, Islamabad and Royal College of Defence studies ( UK ). At present, he is Managing Director of Fauji Foundation and Chairman of its subsidiary companies – the largest conglomerate of Pakistan . A keen sportsman, who has been assigned additional responsibilities as President Pakistan Olympic Association, Chief Executive Officer Pakistan Sports Trust and Vice President Olympic Council of Asia.

Lt Gen Anis Ahmed Abbasi, HI(M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL). Commissioned in the Army on 29 Aug 1971, the General Officer holds a distinguished career of 36 years in Army. Has served on varied command, staff and instructional appointments. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta and National Defence College , Islamabad . He served as Chief of Logistics Staff (CLS) at GHQ, Commandant School of Infantry & Tactics, a premier institute of Pakistan Army. Commanded a Division and a Corps. In recognition to his outstanding services, he was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military (HI(M)).
Lt Gen Munir Hafiez, HI(M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. He was commissioned in the Army in 1968. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and National Defence College, Islamabad. Held important appointments of Commander of a Corps and Chairman, National Accountability Bureau (NAB). He is the Patron and Chairman Board of Trustees of a private charitable Organization, Zindagi Trust, involved in education to eliminate child labour in cities and promote female literacy in Rural Pakistan. He is on our Board since Mar 2006.
   
Mr. Qaiser Javed is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Taxation Management of Pakistan. He joined Fauji Foundation in 1976. Presently he is holding the position of Director Finance. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiary and associated companies of Fauji Foundation, the Hub Power Company Ltd. and Pakistan Maroc Phosphore S.A (PMP). In addition to being a Director on the FFBL Board, he is also the Chairman of Audit Committee.
Mr. Istaqbal Mehdi is the Managing Director of Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company. He is M.Phil in Economics from University of Leads, U.K. Completed his formal training at Havard University on Public Enterprise Policy in Developing Countries. He is a member of Board of Directors since Feb 2005 and is also heading the Human Resources Committee.
   
Brig Arif Rasul Qureshi, SI(M), (Retd) is Director Industries of Fauji Foundation. He is graduate of Joint Services Staff College , Command and Staff College and the National Defence College , the premier institutions of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiary and associated companies of Fauji Foundation. In addition to being a Director on the FFBL Board, he is also the Chairman of Technical Committee.
Brig Rahat Khan, SI(M), (Retd) is Director (Planning and Development) of Fauji Foundation He is a graduate of Military College of Engineering, Command and Staff College, Quetta and the National Defence College, Islamabad. He holds masters degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University , USA . Presently he is the Project Director Foundation Power Company (Daharki) Limited (FPCDL). He is a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiary and associated companies of Fauji Foundation including FFBL.
   

Dr. Nadeem Inayat is an outstanding professional, having rich experience in managing, operating and advising investment portfolio to top tier Banks and organizations of the Country at senior level. Presently he is holding the position of Corporate Advisor and Head of Investment Division in Fauji Foundation. He is member of FFBL Board of Directors since Jul 2006. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiaries and associated companies of Fauji Foundation and Pakistan Maroc Phosphore S.A.

Brig Javed Nasir Khan, SI(M), (Retd) commissioned on 29 Aug 1971, the Brigadier holds a distinguished career of 32 years in Pak Army. Has served on varied command, staff and instructional appointments. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta and National Defence College , Islamabad . Has also commanded a Brigade. In recognition to his outstanding services, has been awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz Military (SI(M)). After retirement, has joined FFBL with effect from 18 April 2008.
