Chairman

Mr. Amar Drissi was appointed Executive Director in charge of Chemistry Pole (CI) Group OCP in 2008. He holds an MBA from Stern School of Business (New York University, USA) and a PhD from the Ecole Polytechnic (Paris). He has served on several positions in reputable Finance institutions and Industry i.e, Director Administration/ General of Coal mines of Morocco, Vice-President of CITIBANK, Director General of subsidiary companies and member of the management committee of group "ONE" A Moroccan power supply Company. His last assignment before joining OCP was CEO of Dubai Industrial, a subsidiary company of Dubai Holding. Mr Amar Drissi is a member of "INFORMS", the Institute for Operation Research and the Management Sciences (the USA) and of Green Peace.

Directors

Lt Gen Muhammad Zaki, HI, HI (M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive & Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited. He was commissioned in the Army on 12 December 1971. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta and National Defense University, Islamabad. The General Officer had eminent career in the Army, serving on various command and staff assignments. In recognition to his outstanding services, he was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz, (HI) and Hillal-e-Imtiaz Military, HI (M)
Lt Gen Malik Arif Hayat, HI(M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. He was commissioned in the Army in 1971. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and National Defence College, Islamabad. Has served on various Command Staff & Instructional assignments in his illustrious career in the Army including the important appointments of Director General Command, Control and Communication, Computer & Intelligence(C4I) at GHQ and Commandant Command and staff College Quetta. He has also commanded an Infantry Division.
   
Mr. Mohamed Belhoussain, Commercial Strategy and Planning Director and A. Marketing Director  of the commercial pole of the OCP Group. He holds an engineering degree from the “Ecole Nationale de l’Industrie Minérale” Rabat, Morocco. He Joined OCP Group in 1992 and has been production manager in Khouribga mine and then joined Commercial department in charge of sales for Asia and Oceania.
Mr. Qaiser Javed is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Taxation Management of Pakistan. He joined Fauji Foundation in 1976. Presently he is holding the position of Director Finance. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiary and associated companies of Fauji Foundation, the Hub Power Company Ltd. He is on PMP Board since Nov 2006.
   

Mr. Mohamed EL HAJJOUJI has received high economics' studies diploma from Caen University (France) in 1979. Then he joined KPMG (France) as Consultant for a period of six years (1979-1984). Between 1985 and 1995 he held a position of deputy Director with “Royal Air Maroc” Company for Treasury and financial risk management. Thereafter, Mr EL HAJJOUJI formed his own firm “AKCE” as financial consultant specialized in loans funding management, cash management, and market risk management In the mid of January 2007, Mr EL HAJJOUJI was appointed corporate Finance and Support Pole Executive Director at OCP S.A.

Mr. EL HAJJOUJI is well known as a leading expert in Finance and corporate organisation in Morocco. He is also a dynamic member in many of non-profit associations; i.e., the founder and the Chairman of Moroccan's corporate Treasury Association, member of French's corporate Treasury Association and nominee representative of emergent countries in the International Group of Treasury Association.

Mr. Iliass ELFALI is the partnerships manager of OCP Group. He holds an engineering degree from the “Ecole des Mines de Paris” in France, and has served in various positions in reputable industry groups in Morocco. After being in charge of hedging and risk management in Lesieur Cristal, a subsidiary of ONA Group, he joined Air Liquide Group as an activity manager, and a few years later, Ynna Steel as the Industrial Director. Mr ELFALI is also member of Board of Directors and Management Committees of various JVs and subsidiaries of OCP Group.
 
Company Secretary

Dr. Nadeem Inayat is an outstanding professional, having rich experience in managing, operating and advising investment portfolio to top tier Banks and organizations of the Country at senior level. Presently he is holding the position of Corporate Advisor and Head of Investment Division in Fauji Foundation. He is member of FFBL Board of Directors since Jul 2006. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiaries and associated companies of Fauji Foundation. In addition to being a Director on PMP Board, he is also a member of Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) since Nov 2006.

Khawaja Tasneem Murad is on secondment to PAKISTAN MAROC PHOSPHORE, SA (PMP) from Fauji Group and presently holding position of Director Finance and Secretary of the Board of Directors of PMP. He qualified as an associate Chartered Accountant in 1996 from Price Waterhouse Coopers, Pakistan and presently is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan . Before joining FFBL in 2004, he worked with Ernst & Young International, Saudi Arabia and Price Waterhouse Coopers, Singapore, in the field of Audit and Business Assurance. Mr. Murad carries diverse experience in the fields of audit, financial management and corporate practices serving both in and outside Pakistan.
