Chairman

Mr Abdelmajid Guergachi is graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris as Engineer of Arts & Manufactures. He joined OCP Group on 1981, as engineer in Maroc Phosphore II Project on Safi industrial platform (1981). He was head of Industrial Procurement Department of OCP Group (1987 - 1994), and in particular in charge of the contractual management of the building of Maroc Phosphore III & IV in Jorf Lasfar. Had been successively Procurement Director (1994-1995), IT Director (1995-1999), Maritime Transport Director (MARPHOCEAN Company – 1997-2003) and Chemical Operation Director (Safi & Jorf Lasfar Industrial Platform) of OCP Group (since 2003). He is also currently Managing Director of the JVs EMAPHOS and IMACID (since 2003) and Chairman of Bunge Maroc Phosphore (2008).

Lt Gen Anis Ahmed Abbasi, HI(M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL). Commissioned in the Army on 29 Aug 1971, the General Officer holds a distinguished career of 36 years in Army. Has served on varied command, staff and instructional appointments. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta and National Defence College , Islamabad . He served as Chief of Logistics Staff (CLS) at GHQ, Commandant School of Infantry & Tactics, a premier institute of Pakistan Army. Commanded a Division and a Corps. In recognition to his outstanding services, he was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military (HI(M)).
Lt Gen Munir Hafiez, HI(M), (Retd) is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. He was commissioned in the Army in 1968. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and National Defence College, Islamabad. Held important appointments of Commander of a Corps and Chairman, National Accountability Bureau (NAB). He is the Patron and Chairman Board of Trustees of a private charitable Organization, Zindagi Trust, involved in education to eliminate child labour in cities and promote female literacy in Rural Pakistan. He is on PMP Board since Mar 2006.
   
Mr. Mohamed Najib MOUTIA is the Sales Director in the Commercial Department of OCP Group and looks after the marketing operations of the Oceania-South Asia Region. After having graduated from the University of Bordeaux ( France ), in Chemistry, he Joined OCP group in 1981. Mr. Moutia has worked on various management positions in different departments of OCP and has diverse knowledge and experience in the field of Training, Sales and Marketing operations.
Mr. Qaiser Javed is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Taxation Management of Pakistan. He joined Fauji Foundation in 1976. Presently he is holding the position of Director Finance. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiary and associated companies of Fauji Foundation, the Hub Power Company Ltd. He is on PMP Board since Nov 2006.
   

Dr. Nadeem Inayat is an outstanding professional, having rich experience in managing, operating and advising investment portfolio to top tier Banks and organizations of the Country at senior level. Presently he is holding the position of Corporate Advisor and Head of Investment Division in Fauji Foundation. He is member of FFBL Board of Directors since Jul 2006. He is also a member of Board of Directors of all subsidiaries and associated companies of Fauji Foundation. In addition to being a Director on PMP Board, he is also a member of Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) since Nov 2006.

Mr. Mohamed EL HAJJOUJI was appointed as Director Corporate Finance and Support Pole at OCP Group in January 2007. He is a leading Corporate Finance expert in Morocco and the founding Chairman of the Moroccan Corporate Treasurers Association. Mr EL HAJJOUJI is also a member of French Corporate Treasurers Association and a nominee representative of the International Group of Treasurers Association. He received diploma of higher studies in economics from the Caen University (France) in 1979 and joined KPMG (France) and worked as a Consultant till 1984. For next ten years he worked as Deputy Director with "Royal Air Maroc" for Treasury and financial risk management and later incorporated his own consulting firm specializing in loans financing, cash management, and market risk management.

Company Secretary

Mr Muhammad Amjad Naseem is on secondment to PAKISTAN MAROC PHOSPHORE, SA from Fauji Group. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan . Mr Amjad also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialisation in financial management and marketing management from Edvard Kardelj University Ljubljana Slovenia . Mr Amjad carries diverse experience in the field of financial management and corporate practices. He has also served as an active member of the Committee on Continued Professional Development of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
