The Company is actively looking out for further diversification opportunities by either going for own projects or participating with other investors in opportunities like privatization, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal, Independent Power Projects, Cement Sector etc.
 
Land of 16 Canals has already been acquired at Defence Housing Authority (DHA) PHASE II, Islamabad for the construction of Head Office building.
